Terms & Conditions
When you purchase a Banner Link Package from CraftyCarping.co.uk, you will not own any part of the site. CraftyCarping.co.uk is an advertising platform where you can have an image and link which will then be published in the CraftyCarping.co.uk category of your choice.
Once published, the banner link will remain on the website for the duration of term of package purchased, thereafter renewable by purchasing a new duration package. You may change your image/link for any reason. There is no limit to how often you can supply us with a new image or link, but each additional upload will incur the £9.99 change of advert administration fee.
Once your image and link are published on the CraftyCarping.co.uk website, you will not be eligible for a refund. All sales are final.
CraftyCarping.co.uk is an advertising platform for online carp fishing related businesses. We reserve the right to refuse banners/links to websites we feel do not relate to this category. All decisions are final. Should CraftyCarping.co.uk choose not to accept a purchased advertising package, a full refund may be given.
No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted. If you submit an image or link that is later found to break this condition, you will be asked to provide an alternative, no money will be refunded and the allocated banner space will be sold to another party if you are unable to provide an alternative suitable link/image. The change of advert administration fee may apply in such circumstances.
If at any time you change the content of the linked site you must notify CraftyCarping.co.uk, so we are aware of the change and your new content does not violate our rules. No obscene/offensive/adult images linked sites are allowed. If you violate this condition your image/link will be removed immediately and you will be contacted to provide an alternative link/image. You will not in any way receive a refund due to the link downtime. Should at anytime the CraftyCarping.co.uk website suffer technical difficulties resulting in downtime you will not in any way receive compensation or refund for this downtime.
If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the website, you will be allowed to do that, but you will not receive a refund and the banner space will become available for sale. There is no fee for removing your banner/link.
Images supplied must be in GIF or JPEG format. Images that are supplied for upload must be exactly 120 pixels wide x 67 pixels high.
Animated images are allowed on CraftyCarping.co.uk. If you submit an animated image,
please note,
animated Gif banners may only move between a maximum of 3 messages,
and if the image you supply is incorrect you will be contacted for a new image.

You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit, if you do not and we become aware of this your image/link will be removed and you will not receive a refund. Ownership of any imagery used in the banners supplied is the responsibility of the person creating/supplying the banner. CraftyCarping.co.uk and its creators accept no responsibility for any issues of copyright, Trademarks or Registered Trademarks.
All orders are processed as soon as we receive confirmation from the payment processor of your payment, generally your banner/link, when supplied to us, will be posted live on the website within 24 hours.
Your listing duration will start once your banner link has been uploaded to the website.
