I have been making my own blowback rigs and for some reason when doing the hand check the hook kept turning up rather than point down. Well yesterday I had a ureka moment, the bend on the eye of the hooks I was using was pointing away from the point of the hook and not towards it:rofl::rofl::rofl:. So that will explain 3 cracking runs and no fish from my last 2 sessions. Well went and got the correct hooks today, so more rigs to tie ready for thurs for my next session before my nights.
