Does anyone have a simple HNV Milk Protein Recipe, just the basic ingredients/quantities

Maybe one from one of the earlier published books

And in this thread here viewtopic.php?f=6&t=438 (http://www.craftycarping.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=438) again towards the bottom craftycatcher35 has posted a mix that contains milk powder.

These recipes are not what I had in mind. I looking to use Rennet Casein, Acid Casein, Lactalbumen, Egg Albumen, Calcium Casinate etc. I just need to know in what quantity.
