Just back from this venue after a few days fishing there, so where to start, well the venue itself is really well maintained and clean, no litter laying around. From the driveway you have immediate access to 2 pegs, so you can drop your gear and then park the car up, the rest of the swims are easily accessible using a barrow and the pathways are nice to push a barrow along.

There is running water at both ends of the venue and a very clean toilet block that is cleaned on a daily basis, with fresh loo rolls and running water, and a mirror if your having a shave. The toilet block also has an oil heater to keep it nice and warm on them cold days.

The location is just beautiful, tucked away from any busy roads and the public, in the height of summer this will be a stunning place to sit and do you fishing.

Security is very good because of its location, as i said above theres no public for miles.

The fishing is hard and you really need to think about what your doing to winkle one out, with varying depths of water from a couple of feet to 12ft, theres plenty of features under the water aswell as on the surface with visible and hidden snags, over hanging trees and reed beds.
The water is about 2 1/2 acres in size with 8 pegs on it, but each peg has its own water and all the baring 2 are seperated by a feature so theres no real chance of fishing water your not supposed to. The owners are still making more improvments to the fishery which will only enhance its look and accessibility.

Overall its a lovely little venue and i will most certainly be visiting there again soon for another 2 or 3 days and it could very well become a regular venue in time for me.
